Birchmount Green is a 15-story affordable housing development in Toronto, featuring a modern design with EIFS and glazing on the exterior. The building’s ground floor has distinctive columns supporting canopies, adding an artistic touch, while a curved section between the second and third floors enhances its dynamic appearance. Birchmount Green features 220 high-quality, purpose-built affordable and supportive housing units. Funded by the City of Toronto and supported by the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, this project represents a significant stride in addressing the city's affordable housing challenges.
