Strategically positioned in the heart of downtown, this dual-branded development was designed to respond to both the urban fabric and the dynamic needs of travelers. 12 storeys of refined brick and glass façade complements the surrounding streetscape while establishing a modern presence, reflecting Halifax’s blend of heritage and contemporary growth. With 316 thoughtfully designed guest suites including extended-stay accommodations the project seamlessly integrates hospitality and urban living. The massing of the two towers creates a defined street edge, while expansive glazing maximizes natural light and offers guests sweeping views of the Halifax waterfront. This project stands as a testament to urban infill done right: maximizing density, activating the street, and enriching the city’s architectural dialogue.
