Location:
Project Type:

Milton
Residential

The 150 Bronte Street South development in Milton, designed by Chamberlain Architects and completed in 2021, provides affordable housing with a focus on accessibility. The five-story building offers 24 one-bedroom units, including spaces for low-income households, individuals on the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP), and those with rental subsidies. Its universal design features wider halls, accessible common spaces, and braille signage to cater to all residents. The striking modern façade combines EIFS with bold colors and a layered design, balancing aesthetics and functionality. This project addresses Milton's affordable housing shortage, offering inclusive living for residents of varying needs.
