The design of the Residence Inn and Four Points in Langley reflects a bold, contemporary architectural approach that balances urban sophistication with the character of its Fraser Valley surroundings. The massing of the buildings is articulated through clean, angular forms, with alternating volumes of textured dark masonry, crisp white framing, and expansive glass to create both rhythm and contrast along the façade. The integration of the two hotels with a shared conference center allows for a unified streetscape, while the individual architectural expressions of each brand remain distinct. The 7 storey property has 264 guestrooms across the dual branded hotel
Large areas of glazing at the ground level promote transparency, connecting the lively interior spaces with the landscaped public realm outside. The use of natural materials and layered horizontal rooflines references the regional context while maintaining a strong urban edge. Strategic lighting accents key architectural features at night, emphasizing the modern geometry and highlighting entrances. This development demonstrates thoughtful urban design, where functionality and aesthetic refinement come together to establish a new architectural landmark in Langley.
