The three-storey structure is defined by clean lines and a refined material palette, stone, fiber cement, and dark metal accents that ground the building in its natural surroundings while offering a contemporary edge.
The façade is composed to create vertical rhythm through a grid of elongated windows, enhancing visual balance and drawing in abundant natural light.  Event spaces and lounges feature generous glazing, opening to landscaped terraces that extend hospitality into the surrounding landscape. From façade modulation to the integration of materials reinforces the building’s role as both a retreat and an elegant venue, celebrating the unique character of Blowing Rock with timeless modern design.
