Courtyard

Location:
Project Type:

Burlington
Hospitality

Rising six storeys, the Courtyard by Marriott in Burlington presents a modern architectural expression with sleek geometry and a balanced material palette. The façade artfully combines light-colored masonry with smooth cladding panels and expanses of glazing, creating a rhythmic interplay of solid and transparent surfaces. The building’s massing is carefully articulated to maintain a pedestrian scale at grade, while vertical expression and layered volumes define its upper stories. A prominent entry canopy, accented in warm wood tones and metal detailing, signals arrival and frames the primary access point. Collectively, the interplay of geometry, material contrast, and structural clarity give the hotel a distinctive, contemporary presence along Burloak Drive—making it both welcoming and visually engaging within its urban and convention district setting.
